Some Tools that can be Incorporated into a Yoga Routine

There are many reasons that people do exercise each day. Sometimes they are trying to avoid future health problems; other times they are working to heal problems that have already happened. In many cultures it is common to end up with back problems because of the sheer amount of time we spend sitting at computers or in our cars.
