When panic attacks occur, the physical signs can be unpleasant and in some cases frightening. The feelings you experience can be extremely upsetting and affect your day adversely even though the symptoms may not really physically injure you. Each person experiences panic attacks differently but most report not being in control and feeling short of breath.
