Once the piping or vessels are corroded due to water penetration it is called corrosion under insulation or CUI. Water sources could be rain water, deluge water system, leakage sweating brought by temperature cycling or by operations that uses low temperature such as refrigeration.

Ohm's law can be explained by a formula which states that amperage-- or the amount of current is equal voltage-- or the electrical force divided by ohms-- or the resistance in the circuit. This formula states that the relationship between the electrical current and the pressure of electricity is direct and the relationship of the resistance of the circuit to the electric current is indirect.
