Oral hygiene maintained by proper dental are and mouth rinses

A mouth rinse seems straight forward enough, right? Not for everyone, because some of us just do a quick rinse rather than an extensive mouth rinse. A mouth rinse is one of the simplest dental task and possibly the cheapest, because you are only using water. The only time it gets a bit more expensive is when you start using medicated mouth washes. I mean it possibly makes dental flossing look like rocket science!
