How We Charge

Information Age Consultants prices short seminars (1-2 hours) on an hourly rate. We price half-day (3-3.5 hours) and full-day (6-6.5 hours) workshops on a flat rate basis. (We do not generally figure pricing on a per-student basis.)

Also, our rates cover our teaching fee and a master copy of course handouts. We bill clients for travel, food, and lodging. We offer discounts for workshop series, and preferentially price workshops for schools and libraries. Contact us for current rates.

Customized workshops are priced on a case-by-case basis. Included in the cost of such workshops is course preparation time billed at $100/hr (2 hours prep. time for each hour of course time). Contact us for details.
