It is estimated that about half of the adults have trouble sleeping and about on ten percent of adults have what would be considered chronic sleeping problems. It is hard to believe that with as many people having issues with sleeping, there are so few really effective treatments. There are a few simple things that can be done that should improve the quality of your sleep.
